I will start my day with positive thing. I wake up around 6am I will do some yoga it will keep me calm and energetic entire day. If something bad happens in that day just I will relax for five minutes just I will think back what made to this situation. I will try to correct it I will take extra care to overcome from such kind of problems in future. My suggestion to be happy in day to day life do not take things seriously accept everything in positive mind. Your focus should be ultimately on your goal.
